研究方向、教学课程

军队“三星人才”优秀青年科技人才、重庆市杰出青年科学基金、重庆英才•青年拔尖人才、陆军名师战团•学科拔尖人才、陆军军医大学红医科研名师、陆军军医大学优青基金获得者,担任军队流行病学青委会副主任委员、中华预防医学会老年病防控专委会委员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤流行病学专委会委员等。

研究方向:分子流行病学和临床流行病学。课题组围绕传染病和慢性非传染病遗传易感机制、预后、以及多组学因果推断开展系列流行病学研究,在Nature,GUT、Journal of infection、QJM、Chest、Npj precision oncology、Int J Surg等杂志上发表SCI论文约30余篇,他引2000余次;享受军队优秀专业技术人才二类、三类岗位津贴。
